We collect your name, email address, password (stored as a secure hash), organisation name, professional profile information including skills, rates and availability, and engagement history on the platform. We collect this data when you register and when you update your profile or post requirements.
We use your data to operate the platform, match professionals with relevant requirements, display your profile to registered buyers where you have chosen to make it visible, and communicate with you about your account and engagements. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising purposes.
Professional profiles are only visible to registered and verified buyer accounts. Your profile is not indexed by search engines. Your email address is never displayed publicly on the platform.
You have the right to access the data we hold about you, correct inaccurate data, request deletion of your account and data, and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights contact privacy@flexibl.io.
Flexibl uses only essential session cookies required to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies.

Flexibl Technologies Ltd operates flexibl.io as a technology marketplace. We are not a recruitment agency, employment business or employment agency as defined under the Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003. We provide a technology platform that connects independent professionals with organisations. All commercial arrangements are made directly between the professional and the organisation.
You must be 18 or over to register. You are responsible for ensuring the information on your profile is accurate and up to date. You must not use the platform to post misleading, fraudulent or inappropriate content.
Listing your profile on Flexibl is free. You set your own rates. You are responsible for your own tax affairs including IR35 determinations where applicable. Flexibl displays IR35 status as declared by the buyer and accepts no liability for the accuracy of those declarations.
Organisations are responsible for making correct IR35 determinations before posting requirements. Flexibl displays the IR35 status you provide and accepts no liability for incorrect determinations. Subscription fees are charged monthly and are non-refundable except where required by law.
Flexibl provides the platform on an as-is basis. We are not party to any engagement between a professional and an organisation and accept no liability for disputes arising from those engagements.
